Individual Counselling

Tailored to your unique needs, you will be encouraged to explore feelings, beliefs, behaviours and work through challenging or influential memories. You will identify aspects of your life that you would like to change and in the process, better understand yourself and others,
Family & Couples Counselling
Work together to achieve a common goal. Families or couples are supported to work together to identify specific areas of conflict and/or aspects of the relationship that they would like to change. Collectively, a joint plan of action is developed to improve each individual’s satisfaction and contentment.
Mental Performance Counselling
Maximize team and individual performance. Develop strategies to meet your goals, increase confidence and mental toughness. Areas of focus include; mental skill development, team building, visualization training and concussion suppport.
